Are you a driven, client-focused Independent Financial Adviser seeking more flexibility, genuine support, and a brand that puts people before products?

A leading UK-wide wealth management firm is expanding and looking for like-minded financial advisers to join their growing community. This is your chance to be part of a progressive, planning-led firm built on trust, transparency, and long-term client success.

Salary up to £80,000 (OTE £100,000), Earnings Year 3 should be circa £120,000

You will provided with a portfolio of HNW clients to validate your salary with a goal of increasing income through new business activity.

Your Role as an Independent Financial Adviser:

  • Meet clients virtually or in-person to understand their financial objectives and life goals

  • Keep clients informed of changes to legislation, new solutions, and relevant updates
  • Generate new business via referrals, introducers, and supported lead-generation initiatives
  • Leverage digital and in-person marketing to grow your client base
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver reporting as required

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) and valid CF30 status
  • A clear, client-first approach and genuine care for long-term outcomes
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and digital engagement skills
  • Proven ability to develop new business through planning, networking, and referrals
  • Comfortable engaging with clients from all walks of life – from business owners to retirees
