You will be responsible for building and growing your own client portfolio through self-generation, networking, professional connections, referrals, and personal business development activity.

Important to Know

This is a growth-focused role and advisers will initially be expected to operate without dedicated administrative support while learning the firm's systems and processes, including Gateway.

The Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new client relationships through proactive business development
  • Building strategic introducer relationships with solicitors, accountants, and other professionals
  • Growing recurring revenue and assets under management
  • Delivering holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
  • CAS and SPS compliant
  • Strong track record of business development and client acquisition
