Important to Know
This is a growth-focused role and advisers will initially be expected to operate without dedicated administrative support while learning the firm's systems and processes, including Gateway.
The Role Responsibilities will include:
- Generating new client relationships through proactive business development
- Building strategic introducer relationships with solicitors, accountants, and other professionals
- Growing recurring revenue and assets under management
- Delivering holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
- Building a long-term advisory business within the firm

- Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
