Your Role as a Senior Paraplanner:
- This role is a blend of high-level technical expertise and team development, ensuring that both client outcomes and Paraplanner progression are prioritised.
- Conducting and reviewing complex financial research across investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning.
- Preparing and reviewing technical suitability reports and financial planning recommendations.
- Supporting high-net-worth and complex financial planning cases.
- Overseeing the quality of work produced by junior Paraplanners, providing technical guidance and feedback.
- Mentoring and coaching Trainee and Junior Paraplanners, supporting their professional growth.
- Assisting in shaping processes, research methodologies, and training programmes for the Paraplanning team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4 Qualified) – Chartered Status or working towards it is a plus.
- Experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA or Wealth Management firm.
- Strong technical knowledge in investments, pensions, tax planning, and protection.
