Salary & Benefits:
Base salary is up to £45,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity
- This is a structured trainee route designed for paraplanners who are ready to become advisers but want to do it properly — with guidance, mentoring, and warm clients to work with. You’ll support experienced advisers in client meetings, contribute to advice strategies, and gradually take ownership of existing relationships and qualified leads.
- You’ll have full access to the firm’s paraplanning and admin teams, allowing you to focus on building trust, delivering advice, and developing your presence as a Financial Planner.
Your Role
- Support advisers in meetings and advice preparation
- Start managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuity and care
- Follow up on warm inbound leads and new client referrals
- Build your own client base over time with full marketing and BD support
- Stay up to date on regulations, tax planning, and investment trends
- Deliver compliant, holistic financial advice with full back-office support
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to move into a client-facing role
- Passion for delivering ethical, long-term financial planning
