The Opportunity

This is a structured trainee route designed for paraplanners who are ready to become advisers but want to do it properly — with guidance, mentoring, and warm clients to work with. You’ll support experienced advisers in client meetings, contribute to advice strategies, and gradually take ownership of existing relationships and qualified leads. You’ll have full access to the firm’s paraplanning and admin teams, allowing you to focus on building trust, delivering advice, and developing your presence as a Financial Planner.

Your Role

  • Support advisers in meetings and advice preparation
  • Start managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuity and care
  • Follow up on warm inbound leads and new client referrals
  • Build your own client base over time with full marketing and BD support
  • Stay up to date on regulations, tax planning, and investment trends
  • Deliver compliant, holistic financial advice with full back-office support

About You

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to move into a client-facing role
  • Passion for delivering ethical, long-term financial planning
