A client-facing advisory role with long-term earning potential. We are working with a Midlands-based financial planning business that is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Advisor as part of its continued, steady growth. This opportunity would suit an adviser who enjoys managing their own client relationships while being supported by a well-structured and established business.
The Business: Our client is a long-standing independent financial planning firm operating within the UK wealth management market. The business supports advisers with a professional infrastructure, established processes, and a strong reputation that generates ongoing client demand. Advisers are encouraged to focus on advice delivery and relationship management rather than administration-heavy workloads. The firm offers a stable environment with experienced colleagues, realistic expectations, and a clear emphasis on compliant, client-led advice.
The Position: The successful candidate will take over responsibility for a number of existing client relationships and will also have the opportunity to develop additional business over time. Introductions are available, and there is flexibility around how advisers grow their client bank, but this role is best suited to someone comfortable building and maintaining their own pipeline.

- Manage ongoing client relationships, including regular reviews and servicing
- Identify new planning opportunities through effective client engagement

Candidate Profile: Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipFA, CII Diploma, or equivalent). Experience providing advice within an IFA or wealth management firm. Comfortable managing a portfolio of clients independently. Knowledge of Inheritance Tax Planning is beneficial. Professional, reliable, and relationship-driven approach.
Remuneration and Benefits: Basic salary up to £65,000 depending on experience. Uncapped bonus scheme linked to performance. Pension provision. Support with lead generation. Long-term career stability within an established firm.
