The Role
As a Remote Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive the highest standard of financial advice and support. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with the team to optimise financial strategies, manage investments, and prepare detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end business process to ensure efficiency and compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
- Liaise directly with the advisor and clients to gather necessary information and address queries.
- Conduct ceding scheme investigations and compile detailed Suitability Letters and Reports.
- Complete client Drawdown Reviews and manage Auto-Enrolment Schemes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of templates, advice notes, and financial products.
- Collaborate with central support teams and administration centres to ensure seamless client service.
About You
- Experience with St. James’s Place products, systems, and processes is essential.
- Proven expertise as a Paraplanner, with strong report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Life, Pension, and Investment products.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable but not essential if you have extensive paraplanning experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
