Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and addressing post-meeting technical queries.
- Collect and analyse comprehensive client data for detailed reporting.
- Develop clear and comprehensive suitability letters.
- Create and present personalised lifetime cashflow models, addressing client queries and potential scenarios.
- Craft financial plans that include legacy and tax planning, wealth management, and contingency strategies.
- Conduct ongoing client reviews and manage complex inquiries.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure compliance and keep the team informed.
- Work closely with technical teams to maintain a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Support and guide administrative staff on technical matters when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Experienced in aparaplanning role within the independent financial services sector, handling sophisticated HNW clients.
- Qualifications: Chartered Financial Planner status or progressing towards it, with AF1 and AF8 modules completed.
- Skills: Strong understanding of asset allocation, investment products, tax planning, and pension transfers. Familiarity with more specialized investment products (e.g., VCTs, EIS) and cashflow modeling tools like Voyant is advantageous.
- Competencies: Proactive problem-solver, analytical thinker, and team player with excellent communication skills.
- Technology: Proficient with Intelliflo and cashflow modeling software.
