Who This Is For

This is ideal for someone who has worked as a Paraplanner and is now ready to step into a more outward-facing role. You might already be attending client meetings or delivering parts of the advice process — now it’s time to take full ownership of the client relationship, supported by an experienced team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meet directly with clients (alongsideAdvisers) to fully understand their objectives
  • Analyse client data, develop cash flow models, and explore long-term planning scenarios
  • Design financial planning solutions across investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning
  • Use modelling tools and software to bring strategies to life
  • Write and present advice reports and suitability letters to clients
  • Prepare and lead annual reviews, update cash flow models, and track performance
  • Present insights, suggest adjustments, and deepen relationships over time
  • Work closely with administrators to ensure smooth application processes
  • Liaise with solicitors, accountants, and other professionals to implement agreed plans

What You’ll Need

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (ideally working towards Chartered)
  • Proven experience in Paraplanning, including client report writing and solution design
  • Confident communication skills and a desire to work directly with clients
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant advice
