We are seeking a skilled and driven Paraplanner to join a highly regarded financial planning team, providing expert technical support to Financial Planners in delivering tailored advice and solutions to clients. As a key part of the advice process, you will play a vital role in researching, analysing, and crafting bespoke financial strategies and suitability reports that help clients meet their goals. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support client recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive financial planning reports and suitability letters
- Model cashflows and analyse client data to support holistic advice
- Collaborate closely with Financial Planners and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Liaise with product providers and third parties to gather essential information
- Monitor and manage client review processes and follow-ups
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and maintain CPD
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- At least 3 years’ experience in a financial advice environment
- 1+ year dedicated paraplanning experience
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to compliance and professionalism
