The Opportunity

The Investment Administrator (officially titled Investment Accounts Executive) plays a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s high-net-worth client base, including individuals, pensions (SIPPs/SSAS), trusts, charities, and corporate clients.

You’ll act as a key liaison for clients, ensuring exceptional administrative support across the full investment lifecycle — from account set-up and portfolio maintenance, to valuations and supporting reviews. You’ll also work closely with Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and Investment Managers to help deliver excellent outcomes, all in line with a collaborative and professional investment strategy.

Salary: £25,000–£33,000 (DOE + qualifications), Discretionary performance bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer investment accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare application and transfer paperwork across multiple platforms (e.g. Pershing, Quilter, Aviva).
  • Process investment deals, valuations, reviews, and client reporting.
  • Liaise with clients and professional connections via email, phone, and letter.
  • Produce investment meeting notes and monitor action points.
  • Support Investment Managers with technical tasks including CGT assessments and MWR calculations.
