Part-Time IFA Administrator (3 Days a Week) | Wealth Management Support

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time IFA Administrator, you will support our Advisers and Paraplanners by ensuring the smooth running of back-office processes and client servicing. Your key duties will include:

  • Preparing client review documentation and meeting packs

  • Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products

  • Liaising with providers for valuations and policy updates

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records in CRM systems (e.g., Intelligent Office)

  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and client correspondence

  • Ensuring a seamless post-sale client journey

Requirements

We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in the financial advice sector. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Prior experience working in an IFA, Financial Planning, or Wealth Management setting (essential)

  • Solid understanding of financial products such as pensions, ISAs, and investment platforms

  • Proficiency in financial planning systems (e.g., Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • A collaborative attitude with the ability to manage your own workload

  • Progression towards CII qualifications is advantageous but not essential

Benefits
