  • Design high‑quality training materials including presentations, case studies and e‑learning content
  • Keep all training content aligned with the latest regulation, legislative changes and industry best practice
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback to support individual development
  • Work alongside compliance, technical and risk teams to identify learning priorities
  • Deliver targeted training following audits, regulatory updates or identified knowledge gaps
