Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support related to Ortus Health services
  • Proactively engage with clients to assess their satisfaction level and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop a deep understanding of Ortus Health's services and communicate this effectively to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and contribute to service enhancements
