Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support related to Ortus Health services.
- Proactively engage with clients to assess their satisfaction level and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop a deep understanding of Ortus Health's services and communicate this effectively to clients.
