Ortus Group is working with a highly regarded mid-market law firm in the City of London that is looking to hire a Real Estate Litigation Associate to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid landlord and tenant experience who is looking for a role offering genuine responsibility, strong client exposure and the opportunity to play an active part in developing a successful real estate litigation practice.
The role:
• Work across a broad range of real estate litigation matters, with a particular focus on advising landlords
• Handle your own caseload with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy
• Assist on larger and more complex matters alongside experienced colleagues
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base
• Have significant direct client contact from an early stage
• Contribute to business development and wider departmental initiatives
The ideal candidate:
• A qualified solicitor with experience in real estate litigation
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law across both commercial and residential property
• Able to provide clear, commercially focused advice and deliver work to a high standard
• Confident managing matters and communicating directly with clients
• A team player with a genuine interest in business development
• Keen to join a supportive team where they can continue to develop their expertise
