Employment Associate | London | Leading Employment Practice Ortus Group is working in partnership with an independent City law firm with a highly regarded Employment team to recruit an ambitious Employment Associate. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading practice advising a diverse client base that includes businesses across the retail, leisure, professional services, financial services, media, technology, arts and culture sectors, including many with international operations. You will advise clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including: Employment tribunal litigation and dispute resolution Drafting employment contracts, service agreements and workplace policies Cross-border workforce projects and international employment issues Regulatory employment issues affecting financial services businesses, including SMCR-related advice The role also offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with specialists across corporate, tax, disputes, regulatory and immigration teams, providing clients with seamless and commercially focused advice.
