The Head of Residential Property Partner is seeking a talented and driven Real Estate (Residential Property) Associate to join and strengthen the firm’s expanding Cambridge practice. With a substantial pipeline of high-quality work and deep local market connections, the Partner now needs an Associate who can:
- Bridge the gap between senior leadership and junior associates in the Cambridge office
- Support in building and scaling a fast-growing regional practice
- Be introduced to a powerful Cambridge network of clients and referrers
- Take an active role in business development (BD) and market visibility
- Help free up Partner capacity, enabling further growth

- Supporting senior leadership and junior associates on complex matters
- Acting as a core contact for Cambridge-based clients and introducers
- Driving BD initiatives and relationship-building activity
- Attending events, networking engagements, and market-facing initiatives

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring:
