We are seeking a motivated and skilled Gas Engineer specializing in new build properties to join our dynamic team.

Duties

  • Install, commission, and test gas appliances and systems in new build properties according to industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of gas lines, fittings, and appliances to ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing tools to assemble and secure gas infrastructure components accurately.
  • Perform mechanical tasks such as pipework installation, soldering, threading, and joining to ensure robust gas systems.
  • Carry out heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections carried out, and compliance documentation for each project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and resolve technical issues efficiently.
