You will lead on corporate transactions across Europe, working with a small in-house team of corporate and commercial lawyers and external counsel.
We are looking for a highly capable and genuinely commercial-minded lawyer for our client.
In this position you will exercise your broader corporate and M so as well as being charismatic and personable, you will also be highly motivated, client focused and will have a demonstrably commercial approach with plenty of initiative.
You will be a senior member of our client’s in-house legal team and will also be working closely with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

While we are looking for someone who can handle a significant amount of the work themselves, where specialist legal support is required you will need to manage external law firms.
