OrthoSolutions is expanding its UK sales team and is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to take ownership of a high-potential territory across the North Midlands and Yorkshire region. OrthoSolutions is a specialist orthopaedic medical device company focused exclusively on foot and ankle surgery. With more than 20 years’ experience working alongside leading surgeons, the company designs and develops evidence-based implants and instrumentation that help improve patient mobility and surgical outcomes. The organisation is recognised for its strong clinical partnerships, education-led approach and commitment to advancing foot & ankle care globally.

As Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Deliver territory sales targets across the OrthoSolutions foot & ankle portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and procurement stakeholders
  • Provide product training and clinical support to hospital teams (non-procedural)
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and market intelligence
  • Represent OrthoSolutions at meetings, exhibitions and training events

Experience within medical device sales (orthopaedics preferred)

Proven ability to grow accounts and deliver against targets

Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
