We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Territory Manager to lead the development and growth of our Shoulder Division across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing orthopedic sales professional with established relationships within the shoulder, upper limb, sports medicine market who is looking to play a key role in building a growing UK business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across the Midlands.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with shoulder and upper limb consultants, theatre teams, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Drive product evaluations and support the conversion of evaluations into routine clinical use.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within NHS and private hospitals.
  • Support clinical cases and surgeon training activities.
  • Deliver product presentations, workshops, and educational meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipelines.
  • Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in shoulder orthopedic medical device sales.
  • Proven success in business development and territory growth.
  • Experience within shoulder, upper limb, sports medicine, arthroscopy, or related orthopedic specialties.
  • Strong network of orthopedic consultants and key hospital stakeholders within the Midlands.
  • Experience working within NHS and private healthcare environments.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence.
