We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership across our Belfast and Omagh sites. The successful candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with leadership capability to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of MRI and cross sectional diagnostic service. Clinical Leadership Lead the safe, effective, and patient-centred delivery of MRI and Ultrasound services across Belfast and Omagh. Ensure the safe operation and optimisation of MRI services, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions where required. Actively support Clinical Governance, Quality Assurance, and Audit programmes. Serve as a clinical expert and provide specialist advice, guidance, and training to colleagues. Operational Management Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practice standards. Monitor service performance and maintain accurate records to support continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, IR(ME)R regulations, and all company policies and procedures. Maximise scanner utilisation while maintaining patient safety and quality standards. Identify training and development opportunities to build capability within the team. Foster a culture of continuous professional development, learning, and service improvement. Champion staff wellbeing and engagement. Essential: BSc Radiography, DCR(R) or equivalent. Minimum 4 years' MRI experience. Regular travel between the 2 sites will be required so a full clean drivers license is required Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in MRI.
