We are actively seeking Bank MRI Radiographers for our Belfast locations. The MRI Radiographer is responsible for the daily operation of MRI services, including patient scheduling, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance. They perform diagnostic MRI examinations with a high level of clinical and technical expertise, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

  • Operating and maintaining MRI equipment and systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records and radiology information systems.
  • Participating in departmental policies, staff development, and performance reviews.

The MRI Radiographer must uphold high ethical standards, demonstrate initiative in professional growth, and contribute to continuous service improvement. Essential Qualifications:

  • BSc Radiography or equivalent
  • Active HCPC registration
  • Full working permissions in the United Kingdom

Desirable:

  • Post Graduate Qualification in MR Imaging

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and a minimum of 2 years MRI experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • The employee must be physically capable of carrying out all assigned duties.
  • Emotional and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position.
