QuidelOrtho is looking for a Distribution Coordinator to manage the seamless journey of our products in EMEA—from order entry to final delivery—across multiple markets. What You’ll Do:
- As a Distribution Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring smooth order management and delivery for our customers, distributors, and QuidelOrtho affiliates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing finished goods orders from initial entry to delivery.
- Coordinating logistics and transport, including warehouse release, carrier scheduling, and customs documentation.
- Acting as the primary link between Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitoring order status, identifying potential delays, and proactively communicating with stakeholders.
- Managing customer non-product complaints and driving effective resolutions.
- Handling product returns, credit notes, and ensuring procedures and instructions are up-to-date.
Who You Are:
You are a motivated, organized, and customer-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Transport.
- Up to 3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transport, ideally in a pan-European environment.
- Strong understanding of export and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Commitment, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.
