Full time, Monday – Friday (8:30am – 4:45pm)

The Role

We're recruiting a multi-skilled Finance Administrator to support our busy finance function. You will be playing a key part in the smooth running of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using financial systems daily, improving and enhancing processes where possible
  • Balancing accounts on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaising with Directors, clients, suppliers and banking partners
  • Booking in invoices, checking accuracy and raising disputes where necessary
  • Processing invoices and resolving any discrepancies
  • Managing credit control and ensuring monies owed are received on time
  • Chasing overdue accounts and expediting outstanding payments
  • Carrying out credit checks for new and existing accounts
  • Supporting ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

You'll be a proactive and organised finance professional with proven experience in purchase ledger and credit control, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
