What You’ll Do
- Identify, contact, and qualify new business opportunities via cold calling, email, and social outreach.
- Convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns into qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and book qualified appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Provide market feedback to refine messaging and positioning.
- Stay up to date on Orthene’s product portfolio and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in outbound B2B sales or lead generation.
- Confident communicator with excellent phone presence and written English.
- Highly organized, resilient, and motivated by measurable goals.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and sales automation tools.
- Bonus: Experience in automotive or chemical manufacturing.
