At Team Ortel, an EE franchise, we're growing fast and looking for energetic Field Sales Representatives to join our team. You'll be representing EE, engaging with potential customers door-to-door in small teams, and helping them discover EE's market-leading broadband products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Door-to-door sales in pre-assigned local areas.
  • Convert leads into happy EE customers.
  • Hit personal and team sales targets.
  • Present EE products in a clear, engaging way to promote the brand.
  • Keep accurate records and share feedback with your manager.

What We're Looking For

  • 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.
  • Confident, outgoing, and great at communication.
  • Resilient, motivated, and target-driven.
  • Able to travel locally for field work - Drivers Licence needed for Progression.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus.
  • Interest in tech and broadband knowledge is a plus.
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
