About the Role:

As a Customer Advisor at our EE Franchise Retail Store, you will play a vital role in connecting customers to the products and services they need. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the customer's needs and ensuring they feel valued and connected.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Guiding customers through the sales journey and performing eligibility checks.
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations with every interaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but full training will be provided on the job.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary of circa £23,500 per year (based on a 37.5-hour week) + commission.
