What will you do?
- Work as part of a tight, dynamic team to identify new clients, manage their implementation, and support their user teams.
- Collaborate closely with our development team to translate client needs into new features and drive continuous innovation.
- Keep a close eye on regulation ensuring we adapt to updates such as changes to the FFR and new legislation, incorporating them into our software.
- Manage implementations, deliver demos, author thought leadership, host roundtable sessions, and attend industry events to raise our profile and grow our network.
- Support clients with strategic questions, help optimise their data processes and ultimately enable them to make better investment decisions to maximise their social impact.
Who are you?
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the housing association sector, specifically within financial planning and analysis teams.
- Familiarity with Brixx is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for social housing.
- Proactive and open-minded, actively seeking new opportunities and generating new ideas.
- A true “people person” who excels at building trusted, long-term personal relationships.
