The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We require an individual to work with several of our key clients building, testing and grading network devices from a range of vendors (including Juniper, Cisco, FortiNet and Comtrend). Given the nature of the role, outbound and return logistics – the role also includes working with numerous couriers as well as looking after a small warehouse area for stock management based at our Greenford facility.

As such, candidates need to be physically fit and be comfortable working within a warehouse environment - with the associated lifting / working at heights that involves. Due to this need to physically handle equipment – the role is office based and cannot be done from home / remote working. Full training will be provided - however experience working in warehouse / supply chain environments is welcome. Candidates based within the local area / who can reliably commute are strongly desired.

Due to the need to assist in covering with email / telephone support - all candidates need to be confident in communicating in both written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provisioning of network equipment such as Juniper, Cisco and Fortinet for outbound logistics
  • Grading of returned stock for inbound logistics
  • Assisting in managing of small warehouse area – including stock level reporting and processing of new incoming deliveries
  • Engaging with numerous couriers to help assist and resolve delivery queries and challenges
  • Monitoring and focus on improving workflow efficiency – through the use of KPI and SLA reporting
  • Working with tools such as Slack and Trello for communicating with clients and escalating to 2nd line / 3rd line
