Join us in this role where you will be responsible for the safe delivery and performance of operations and maintenance in the East Coast Region. Together with your team, you will oversee the creation of core concepts for operational excellence, processes, and strategic initiatives, whilst maintaining a very broad stakeholder landscape, all while maintaining safe site operations. We offer the opportunity to join the management team within the East Coast Region to lead the continual improvement of the region\'s windfarms. This role is Monday to Friday and reports to the Head of Site Operations.

You’ll play an important role in:
- Managing the routine and non-routine maintenance of the site with regard to QHSE Performance, Production Performance and Asset Security to deliver safe, cost effective power generation
- Managing the execution of all maintenance activities to ensure Health, Safety and Environmental practices including process safety meet and exceed performance in line with company KPIs
- Embracing the journey of driving down the cost of renewables, progressing the company’s vision to create a world that runs entirely on green energy, utilising Continuous Improvement opportunities
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication networks within your own, and wider teams, ensuring business objectives and activities are clear, understood and best practice is shared and implemented
- Being responsible for line management and the development of wind turbine technicians and supervisors
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have an analytical approach to your work, excellent organisational skills, and an ability to handle numerous tasks at once, without losing perspective
- Have a relevant educational background with experience in large-scale operational management, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, or utilities business
- Are able to create excellent results through teamwork and develop good relationships with your colleagues and external business partners
- Have experience with team management, performance, and line management
- Have experience working in health and safety-critical environments
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
