To succeed in the role, you:have strong experience within asset management, operations, maintenance, or operational excellence in an asset-intensive industrybring deep knowledge of asset management frameworks, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational governancecan use data, insights, and performance trends to identify opportunities and drive improvementscommunicate complex concepts clearly and build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groupshave completed a degree in engineering, asset management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experiencethrive in collaborative environments where you influence change and support continuous improvement through partnership and engagement.
