Welcome to Generation UK. You’ll be part of the site Operations & Maintenance team where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver planned and corrective maintenance across the assigned site. You’ll play an important role in:

  • Ensuring accurate work management and reporting in SAP and associated operational systems, while working with Planning, Engineering, and Remote Diagnostics to improve reliability.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Have experience leading and developing teams in an operational, maintenance, engineering, utilities, or similarly safety‑critical environment.
  • Understand safe systems of work, operational compliance, and the importance of visible, consistent safety leadership.
  • Can coordinate complex operational activities, balance competing priorities, and make sound day-to-day decisions.
  • Communicate clearly and build effective relationships with technicians, planners, engineers, contractors, and other site stakeholders.
  • Use performance information and operational feedback to solve problems, improve execution, and support reliable asset performance.
