Overview
Contracts Manager / Head of Install for Window & Door Installations (Residential & Commercial). Based in Warrington. Salary £35,000 - £45,000 (Experience Dependent) + Company Car + Pension. The company is a small but rapidly growing window/door and curtain wall design, manufacture and installation contractor serving the residential and light commercial sector.
Responsibilities
- Delivering various residential and light commercial building projects across the North of England.
- Project managing installations once a project is handed over from the commercial team.
- Reading drawings and quantifying product orders.
- Identifying and ordering any further ancillary products, materials or infrastructure needed for the project installs.
- Running multiple contracts at any one time, from receipt of order through to handover and completion.
- Leading and managing Install teams for the projects under your supervision.
- Overseeing Health & Safety and Quality on installs.
- Reporting to the Director on progress, programme and cost control on allocated projects.
- Ensuring close communication and coordination with customers and the team.
