Welcome to Global Communications. You'll be part of the Executive and Strategic Communications team where you, together with your colleagues, will support executive senior leaders in crafting and delivering clear, aligned, and impactful communication across markets and stakeholders. As a team, we collaborate closely, support each other, and strive for clarity and excellence in everything we do.

You'll play an important role in:

  • acting as a trusted communications partner to senior executives and their leadership teams.
  • translating complex business strategies into clear and effective communication.
  • advising on communication approach, messaging, and stakeholder impact.
  • developing and delivering executive communication materials such as speeches, presentations, and key messages.
  • coordinating communication activities across functions to ensure alignment.
  • supporting leadership events such as town halls, off-sites, and strategic meetings.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong communication and storytelling skills, or equivalent experience.
  • are experienced in advising executive senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • navigate stakeholder environments with confidence and clarity.
  • work independently and prioritize effectively in dynamic settings.
  • demonstrate strong judgement and handle sensitive topics with discretion.
  • collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
