Join us in this role where you’ll lead a team of warehouse coordinators assisting our offshore operations with controlling and optimising spare parts and consumables, overseeing the inventory management system, running the tools and PPE system, and offering general support to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

You’ll ensure that regional warehouses operate at peak efficiency to service nearshore operations by supervising, organising, and training warehouse coordinators and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.

You’ll be part of our Hub in Liverpool where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure the achievement of Warehouse & Supply Chain targets for safety performance (TRIR) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX), as well as operational availability targets. The team is responsible for driving operational excellence and enhancing collaboration with senior stakeholders and global teams. As a team, we collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, continuously improve our processes, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring regional warehouses operate at peak efficiency to service predetermined operations by supervising, organising, and training warehouse coordinators
  • ensuring the warehouse has relevant inventory at all times, maintaining minimum stock levels to serve a high yield production in a cost-efficient manner
  • developing warehouse operations systems, in conjunction with the Supply Chain Lead, by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilisation, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
  • developing a team of specialists that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
  • ensuring adequate processes and systems are in place to accurately track and monitor parts usage and undertake regular stock checks to minimise write downs.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • bring team leadership experience
  • demonstrate a strong focus on QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment)
  • have a solid understanding of SAP and its applications
  • excel in planning, reporting, and presenting information effectively
  • work well both independently and as part of a team, communicating clearly and effectively
  • hold relevant safety certifications, such as the Global Wind Organisation’s Standard Basic Safety (BST), along with coaching, mentoring, and facilitation experience.
