You’ll be part of the East Coast Region where you, together with your colleagues, will lead the continual improvement of the region's windfarms. As a team, we concentrate on the safe delivery and excellent performance of operations and maintenance.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Focusing strongly on maintaining and improving our positive health, safety and environment (HSE) culture
- Being responsible for line management and the development of wind turbine technicians
- Undertaking performance management processes
- Maximising site performance and reducing OPEX
- Managing improvement initiatives
- Delivering on-site and regional KPIs.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have experience working in health and safety‑critical environments
- Have team, performance and line management experience
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Have electrical or mechanical engineering experience from a relevant industry or a strong background in offshore wind farm operations
- Have planning and reporting experience
