Join us in this role where you’lllead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans that will determine the future of assets in UK West. You’ll align efforts across different strategic areas in Orsted and maximize value creation through business case analysis and forecasting.

You’ll be part of the Generation UK West team where you, together with your colleagues, will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, cultivate robust relationships, and act as the primary liaison between the organization and external partners. - serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations

- overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively and deliver the intended outcomes

- acting as the primary liaison between the organisation and external partners, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of strategic objectives.
To succeed in the role, you:
- possess strong strategic thinking, planning and implementation skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving measurable results
- have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
- build and lead effective teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
- are knowledgeable about offshore wind regulatory and commercial frameworks
- have experience in budgeting, cost control, and project management

- have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
