Join us in this role where you’ll support UK West Nearshore Operations by providing detailed analysis of asset performance data to enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety of offshore operations. This role is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and reporting on performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
Welcome to UK West Hub / Region Europe Generation. You’ll be part of Asset Performance where you, together with your colleagues, will play a key role in enabling continuous improvement and operational excellence within the Asset Performance team. As a team, we prioritise collaboration, innovation, and the use of data-driven insights to drive performance improvements.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Gathering and analysing data related to performance, including reliability, downtime, maintenance efficiency, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitoring trends in performance metrics, identifying potential issues, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
- Using statistical methods and data visualisation tools to interpret performance data, enabling clear insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Supporting the Head of Asset Performance in setting performance benchmarks, developing KPIs, and tracking progress against targets.
- Communicating findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have proven experience in data analysis and performance reporting within an offshore or industrial context.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to use statistical methods and data visualisation tools.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Are highly detail-oriented and capable of identifying trends and insights from large datasets.
- Show a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
