The Role
Location: Glasgow Office
Sales Development Representatives play a critical role in the success of both ORRJO and our clients.
You will work as part of a high‑performing team responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic outbound activity and intelligent prospecting.
Working closely with Account Executives and client teams, you will help open conversations with senior decision‑makers, qualify opportunities and build pipeline for a range of B2B organisations.
This is a fast‑paced role where no two days look the same. You will gain exposure to multiple industries, business models and go‑to‑market strategies while developing highly valuable commercial skills.
Responsibilities
- Book meetings for Account Executives through cold and warm outreach
- Qualify new leads generated through outbound and inbound prospecting
- Build and maintain outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and phone
- Research target organisations, identifying key stakeholders, initiatives and opportunity signals
- Complete the ORRJO Sales Bootcamp to develop the skills, tools and methodology needed to succeed
- Work closely with managers through regular 1:1s and structured 30‑60‑90 development plans
- Develop a strong understanding of ORRJO’s clients and confidently represent their value propositions in market
- Consistently achieve activity targets and performance goals
About You
