About Us
We're a fast-growing sales and marketing agency that helps B2B businesses generate high-quality sales opportunities through outbound lead generation, content marketing and strategic campaigns.
Our operations team plays an important role in keeping the business running smoothly.
From managing data and maintaining our systems to supporting internal teams and improving processes, the team ensures everyone has the tools and information they need to do their best work.
We're looking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive who has excellent attention to detail, enjoys solving problems and is interested in using technology and AI to improve how things are done.
If you're keen to learn, comfortable working with data and technology, and take pride in producing accurate work, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As an Operations Executive, you'll support the day-to-day systems, data and processes that keep the business running effectively.
You'll help manage datasets, help maintain our CRM and internal tools, produce documentation and support teams across the business with operational tasks.
You'll also assist with onboarding, client reporting and the tracking of key performance indicators.
Alongside your core responsibilities, you'll be encouraged to explore how AI, automation and other technologies can reduce manual work and improve efficiency across the business.
Full training will be provided, so you don't need previous experience with our systems or tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and manage datasets from external data providers to support business operations and client activity.
- Cleanse, validate and maintain datasets to ensure information is accurate, consistent and ready for use.
- Assist in overseeing the CRM system, including regular monitoring, updates, data hygiene and general system maintenance.
- Manage internal data and reporting tools, ensuring information is accurate and formulas and functions are applied correctly.
- Use AI tools to support day-to-day tasks such as research, data cleansing, document creation, quality checks and process improvement.
- Support the production and quality checking of internal and client-facing documentation across different teams.
- Provide general operational support to team members, helping to resolve queries and keep day-to-day processes running smoothly.
- Support the Leadership Team by preparing documentation for weekly client meetings and tracking monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and other technologies to improve data management, reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.
- Help test and introduce new tools and processes, ensuring they are practical, reliable and easy for the wider team to use.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, curious and willing to learn.
You'll be comfortable working with information, following processes and taking the time to make sure your work is accurate.
You'll also enjoy learning how different systems work and finding practical ways to make everyday tasks easier.
Ideally, you'll have
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
- Confidence using technology and an interest in learning new systems and tools.
- An interest in AI and how it can be used responsibly to improve day-to-day work.
- A proactive approach and willingness to ask questions, solve problems and take ownership of tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Confidence working with numbers, data and spreadsheets.
- A willingness to learn from feedback and continually develop your skills.
Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, data management or AI tools would be helpful, but it is not essential.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary.
- Full training and ongoing support.
- Professional development and opportunities to learn about operations, data management, AI and emerging technologies.
- A supportive, collaborative and ambitious team.
- Company socials and team events.
- Clear progression opportunities as the agency continues to grow.
If you're organised, enjoy working with data and technology, and want to begin or develop your career in operations within an ambitious and growing agency, we'd love to hear from you.
