Alongside managing client relationships, you'll help keep projects organised, ensure deadlines are met and continuously look for ways to improve processes, communication and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead weekly or fortnightly client meetings, presenting campaign performance, discussing results and agreeing clear next steps.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign assets and deliverables are shared with clients, feedback is captured and agreed actions are followed through.
- Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, priorities and deliverables stay on track.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, meeting notes, actions and campaign updates within CRM systems.
- Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, client reporting and operational efficiency.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, including AI tools, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, client experience and campaign delivery.

- Ongoing training, professional development and opportunities to learn emerging technologies.
- A supportive, collaborative and ambitious team.
- Company socials and team events.
- Clear progression opportunities as the agency continues to grow.
