A full clean driving license is an essential requirement for this role, you will be paid 25p per mile. We are seeking a confident Direct to Store Delivery Auditor to join the growing Orridge regional team, to provide a professional, accurate and compliant service to one of our prestigious clients in the Leeds/East Yorkshire area. On a daily basis you will be required to attend 3 of the client sites in your region. This is a full-time permanent field-based position.

You will be responsible for achieving daily auditing targets which will require you to check deliveries coming in from a specified supplier of the client, helping ensure the suppliers meet the requested delivery accuracy standards. As well as checking stock accuracy, you will also be required to provide information relating to the integrity of the delivery to ensure compliance with applicable food safety standards. You will work in collaboration with store teams and store managers to enable our client to achieve their goal of better stock accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Must be accurate when counting stock.
  • Ensure completion of all stock counts.
  • Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have good organisation skills.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Full Driving License and access to own transport.

This is a full-time permanent salaried position - 35 hours each week, working weekly rotating 7-hour shifts mainly Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required). Working shifts range between 06:00 and 20:00. The role will require periods of standing and you will be required to kneel, bend and squat in order to access and work with low and ground level stock. Manual handling activities such as, but not limited to; pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying will be required during this role. Permanent guaranteed hours and full training provided to support you in the role. Competitive salary and 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
