Key duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- To lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues providing supervisory leadership, guidance, training, and support to meet the required productivity and customer service targets and standards.
- To meet stock specific customer service level agreements responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely stock/inventory audits.
- To provide timely, accurate and meaningful numerical information reporting via in house systems.
Requirements
- Previous team leader or first line supervisory or management experience (minimum 1 year) within a fast‑paced retail, warehousing, distribution, or inventory environment.
- Previous experience of team supervisory management and team development of +5 colleagues.
- Ability to plan, manage and operationally direct and lead a team of colleagues to meet customer targets and colleague productivity targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly numeric.
- Excellent customer service skills face to face.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Resilient with an ability to work in sometimes a high pressurised environment whilst remaining calm and multi‑tasking to meet customer expectations.
- Full Driving license / own car max 6 points.
- Flexible and available to travel locally and throughout the region to meet the needs of the business.

Hours of Work
Up to 48 hours per week. Casual Contract with ongoing and regular work to suit your lifestyle and personal commitments. Working Days Monday – Sunday.
Salary £9.65 whilst training, then £10.27 p/h once training complete.
Please note that all shifts will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of kick stools and ladders. This role will involve working some unsociable hours, working early mornings or late afternoon into the evening, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
