About Us: Orridge, a leading stocktaking provider to Retail, Supply Chain, and Pharmacy, is seeking a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor to join our successful team. As a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor, you will manage a team of stocktakers on client premises while conducting stocktakes. Full training will be provided, and no prior stocktake experience is required.
Standard Hourly Rate: £12.80
Bonus Scheme: Up to £360 per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
- Conduct stocktakes using our bespoke stocktaking system.
- Liaise with clients throughout the stocktake process.
- Follow client-specific procedures and meet service level agreements.
- Mentor new stocktakers and address any queries related to stocktaking.
- Achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
- Deliver accurate electronic count data and supporting information on time.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage a busy workload.
