About the Role

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised, recovery-focused care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based, client-centred interventions tailored to individuals with eating disorders
  • Facilitate structured therapeutic group programmes
  • Lead discharge planning and ensure effective follow-up support
  • Work collaboratively with Community Mental Health Teams, inpatient services, and wider professional networks
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members where appropriate
  • Contribute to ongoing service development and clinical innovation
  • Support individuals with complex mental health, physical and social care needs to build the confidence, resilience, and practical skills required for greater independence and sustained recovery.

About You

  • BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registered and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists
  • Post-registration experience in eating disorders and/or mental health
  • Experience delivering group interventions
  • Confident working independently
  • Experience supervising junior staff
  • Reflective, research-informed and committed to CPD
  • Experience working with young people (16+) and CAMHS is desirable.
