Orri is an ambitious, young fast‐growing company committed to changing the way we treat eating disorders in the UK. In this role, the Senior Chef will support the Head Chef with meal preparation and assist in delivering weekly menus that support clients' treatment plans, allergies and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Head Chef with daily meal preparation.
  • Help deliver weekly menus aligned with client treatment plans, allergies and dietary needs.
  • Ensure food storage and kitchen cleanliness meet the standard required to maintain Orri's Food Hygiene 'Rated 5'.
  • Report any concerns or breaches in compliance to the Head Chef.
  • Work independently and consistently in a busy kitchen environment with a high level of physical stamina.
  • Collaborate with a team to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Level 3 Food Hygiene and COSHH certificates (training can be provided if required).
  • Previous experience in a kitchen/meal preparation setting.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and within a team environment.
  • Strong physical stamina and the capacity to work consistently in a busy kitchen.

Required Experience

  • Full‐time employment with immediate start.
  • Up to £34,000 yearly salary.
  • English – Advanced.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: up to £34,000 (depending on experience).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 10:30am‐6:30pm.
  • Base: Orri UK, 14 Hallam Street, London, W1W 6JG.
  • Contract type: Permanent.
  • Annual leave: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays (pro‐rata where applicable). Service closed for Christmas and New Year.
  • Working for a CQC rated 'Outstanding' service in all 5 areas.

Orri aims to grow new centres across England, making intensive day treatment a new choice for those suffering with an eating disorder, their families and loved ones, and for those who commission/fund services on their behalf.
