We arelooking to appoint an experienced HLTA to work mainly in KS2 this involvesleading classes to cover for PPA and leadership time, person needs to havestrong behaviour management and a willingness to get stuck in and workalongside a supportive team, you will be able to deliver engaging lessons.
- Lesson Delivery: Teach wholeclasses, small groups, or individual pupils independently when teachersare absent or carrying out other duties.
- Planning: Collaboratewith teachers to design, develop, and prepare lesson plans, learningactivities, and classroom materials.
- Assessment and evaluation: Marking andfeedback
- Administrativetasks:Undertaking administrative duties like record-keeping and preparingclassroom materials.
